The Forge area
The forge area consists of two mechanisms for heating up metal. The first is the ceramic chip forge. When in operation the ceramic chips will become very hot and metal bar can be pushed into the chips to bring the metal quickly up to a temperature where it can have a number of processes carried out on it.
The second is a blow torch. This method allows greater control over the area of metal to be heated up, the speed at which it is heated and the temperature that you want the material to get to.
Above the forge area is an extraction unit. As a safety feature the forge will not operate without the extraction being operative.
